Hi, I'm Roberta. 

 

I founded The Whole Plate out of my love for cooking and my desire to help others live their best life. After earning my Executive Certificate in Health & Wellness from Harvard Medical School, my husband, who is a professional chef with over 30 years of service,  and I set out to bring nutritious, better-than-restaurant-quality meals made for you in your home, so you can feel great and be great.
